The aid is entitled to those registered in the register of the Labor Employment Organization (OAED) who:
became long-term unemployed (ie exceeded 12 months of continuous unemployment) from March 1 to November 25, 2020 you remained registered unemployed until 25 November you do not receive long-term unemployment benefit and you did not receive the previous financial aid of 400 euros paid between April and May 2020.
